Our company history dates back to 1951 when the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry founded the company SPP (Food-Industry Machine Works) which manufactured machinery and provided its maintenance and service especially for meat- and milk-processing industries.
In 1972 the company adopted a new name, STROJOBAL, and extended their activities to the production of washers.
Since 1991 the company has been using the name VPS (Production of Food-Processing Machinery).
In 1993 the company changed their legal status to a joint-stock company and extended their activities to the production and deliveries of mini-breweries and distilleries.
Since 2001 the company has been operating under a new logo.
